EVENT RESERVATIONS
A signed rental agreement and ID is required to reserve a date for an event.
Rental Period
The standard rental period is for 24 hours between 8:00AM to 8:00PM of the next day.
Game Delivery and Pick-Up
If requested the games will be delivered one (1) hour prior to the scheduled start of the event and picked up at the scheduled end of the event. Charge of Naf.25.00 for delivery. Client can also pick-up games at convenient location.
The delivery and pick-up times can be adjusted if requested, all adjustments to the standard times must be agreed upon by both parties and specified in the rental information document.
Payment
The payment in the amount of the outstanding balance is due on the date (before pick -up or delivery of the event). The games will not be delivered and setup if final payment is not received prior to the start of the event.
